1) Our staff will only eat after you. Hence, kindly ensure that you don’t keep them waiting. Please note that food won’t be served after the mentioned kitchen time.
2) Kindly note that we don’t provide elaborate accommodation facilities to driver. A bed for sleeping with toilet facility can be arranged, which will be at no charge. Nominal charges for food shall be charged. Please let the host know prior if you need such help.
3) Konoha Eco Farmstay is strictly a No tobacco zone. We highly appreciate your no smoking and healthy vacation
4.) We have used traditional way to construct this home. Hence, we have no air-conditioning in any of the rooms.
5) Please refrain from noisy parties. Enjoy the tranquillity of Konoha in peace.
6) Being in rural area, stability of electricity at times is unpredictable. Please bear with us. We have sufficient emergency lights though.
7) Kindly switch off lights when not in use as this not only helps save electricity but also keeps the insects at bay !
8) Please help us save water. Though we shall give clean cotton bath and bed linen, kindly reuse your towels and bed linen during your stay. Kindly be considerate to keep it clean.
9) Social drinking is permitted within the premises of your room. Please be responsible by avoiding drinking in common areas. We reserve the right not to allow drinking in case it becomes troublesome for others.
10) If planning a pre-post wedding shoot or any form of professional shoot, kindly intimate the host during booking time. Host reserves the right to accept or reject such requests
11) Drones are not allowed inside the property. If you wish to use a drone, kindly intimate the host in advance. The host reserves the right to accept or reject the request.
12) Our room flooring is of mud and has healthy effects. We recommend you to walk barefoot inside room. If not possible, you may use your bedroom soft footwear. No heels or hard sole footwear is allowed inside.
13) Outside (Non-resident) Visitors are not allowed inside the property.
14) If found compromising the peace and / or decorum of the property in any means, host reserves the right to admission.
15) As per Government rules, all guests are required to submit an original Govt. approved ID card such as
DL/Passport/PAN/AADHAAR (with address) copies in advance while booking itself.
16) We provide organic body washes and hair wash. We request you to use the same so that the treated water is good enough for the plants.
17) Things to bring: footwear suitable for a farm, torch, mosquito repellent, swimming accessories (for beach visits, if any), organic / natural personal care products, extra towels etc.
18) Things to carry back home: Apart from beautiful memories, we request you to carry back all disposables, plastic products, packages, sanitary pads, diapers, wrappers, bottles, etc. you may be carrying with you or generated during your stay.
19) Cancellation Policy: 90% refund 14 days before checkin / free date alteration (subject to availability), 50% refund 7 days before checkin – no date alteration, Within 7 days, No refund, no date alteration.
20) In case of a weather not permitting and travel restrictions, we can alter the date as per availability, provide you with a voucher or refund.
21) We insist for 100% advance at the time of booking confirmation itself. We accept Bank Transfer or GPay.
